Shift Timings: 3:30AM-12:30PM (Australia Shift)

Relevant Experience:
Min. 3-5 Yrs relevant in SAP HCM module.
Should have sound knowledge in SAP HCM mainly in Time Management, ESS/MSS, Personnel Administration, Organization Management, workflows.
Preferably Payroll knowledge specially in Australia and New Zealand payroll should be an added advantage.
Should have good support & experience and understanding of HR process. At least 2 project support experience in SAP HCM is must.
Job Description:
- Skilled in implementation, customization, and support of SAP/HCM module and related sub modules like Payroll - Australia and New Zealand Payroll, Time Management, Organization management, Personnel Administration, Employee Self-Service /Manager Self-service and understanding of end of year activities/ HR support pack upgrade.
- Knowledge of resolving various issues (Incident and Service request) through Ticketing System which is SLA based. Preferably worked on Agile framework i.e. JIRA dashboard.
- Should have worked on Business Improvement and change requests.
- Knowledge on interfaces and ABAP functionality/WRICEF objects.
- Knowledge of Functional Support for Australia and New Zealand Payroll, UKG Kronos, Time Management, Employee compensation, Personnel Administration, Organization Management and Employee/Manager self-service.
- Basic knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors functionality.
- Should be able to work with third party vendors/tools like UKG Kronos and cross SAP functional teams i.e. ABAP, BW, ERM, FICO etc.
- Preferred if worked extensively on Australia Single Touch Payroll (STP) and New Zealand IRD.
- Knowledge on Australia and New Zealand payroll end of year activities would be added advantage.
- Preparation of Functional Specifications, Test Plan and Test scripts.
