| Required Qualifications & Skills | ||||||||||||||||||
| Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or senior role. | ||||||||||||||||||
| Technical Skills: Deep expertise in ABAP, RICEFW, Object-Oriented ABAP, and modern SAP technologies (SAP BTP, Fiori/OData). | ||||||||||||||||||
| Project Experience: Proven track record in at least one full-cycle S/4HANA implementation project. | ||||||||||||||||||
| Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, mentoring, and team management skills.Key Focus Areas | ||||||||||||||||||
