• Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns and contribute to data management best practices
• Support Social Media accounts (LinkedIn & X) with new campaigns focused on internal advocacy, corporate social responsibility and thought leadership
• Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. email campaigns, web improvements, content journey development, blogs, video, SEO research, digital advertising)
• Support updates to Marketing Automation database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
• Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related degree
• Minimum GPA - 3.0
• Proven ability to be proactive and show initiative
• Comfortable navigating strategic, creative, and analytical responsibilities
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Desire to grow a digital marketing career

The pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: specific skills, qualifications, experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. The pay range for this position is estimated at $18/hr. to $25/hr. USD.
