ServiceNow Pre-Sales Lead
Following rapid growth of our Fujitsu North America ServiceNow practice, we are seeking a ServiceNow Pre-Sales pursuit lead that has solid and progressive pre-sales and Solution Architecture experience and a proven record of successfully winning pursuits.

Reporting directly to the Head of Business ServiceNow, this opportunity will suit an experienced ServiceNow professional with a successful recent track record in selling and architecting ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid record of understanding the changing and complex landscape of ServiceNow licensing as well as crafting solutions that create business value for our customers. Candidates will be experienced in leading ServiceNow pursuit proposals end to end, provide solutions leadership, and make continuous improvements to the pursuit process and other presales activities. Candidates will also lead other presales personnel in a mentorship capacity to build a winning team of pursuit excellence.
The Pre-Sales Lead will define the solution foundation and building blocks, conform to standards and best practices, while being realistic with constraints and alternatives to adhere to goals, budget costs, and timelines. They will have substantive ServiceNow knowledge across the suite of Product modules.
In addition, the successful candidate(s) will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties: • Contribute to marketing campaigns focused on ServiceNow portfolio by providing product and industry insight gained from prior experience • Serve as a thought leader on ServiceNow portfolio and articulate the business outcomes to non-technical audiences and stakeholders • Contribute to and maintain a showcase of solutions created on the ServiceNow platform • Assist the sales personnel in qualification of customer needs and performing business value assessments to determine value for clients • Propose solution options, business cases, prototypes and walk-throughs to all required levels of stakeholders • Responding to request for information / proposal documents; creating order forms • Scoping Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements with prospect customers • Define business problems/opportunities with constraints, goals, budgets and timelines • Hire, Coach and advise other Presales skills roles (Presales consultants and Presales engineers) • Understand other Fujitsu service lines in order to create and design solutions that can showcase the integration of ServiceNow with other areas of Fujitsu business
Qualifications: Skills and Experience Requirements: • 10 plus years of ServiceNow Architecture, design or implementation experience with last 5 – 7 years focusing on pre-sales specific job responsibilities • Strong pre-sales experience and mastery of the sales process and value selling practices; large enterprise proposal and experience with large deal construction • Prior presales experience with an Elite ServiceNow partner or ServiceNow preferred • Experience developing ServiceNow solutions and technical design documents from business requirements • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to include technical and business concepts • Ability to forge strong business relationships and connect with both C- level execs at customers as well as with individuals in ServiceNow eco- system • At least two full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations in the role of a lead architect • Hands on experience beyond service management; Ai, Agentic Ai, preferred • Demonstrated understanding of ITIL, Security, or Enterprise Architecture practices • Preference for candidates with experience in both US and Canada entities • Preference for candidates with manufacturing, retail, and or public sector experience
Key Results: • Manage the quality of pipeline data and forecast for the Practice • Manage the repository of scoping questions and RFP/RFI response repository • Facilitate and document business outcome success metrics for customer success and references • Manage repository of customer references Certifications (a combination of the following certifications are required) • ServiceNow certifications - Service Now System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist , also presales and sales ServiceNow certifications across core platform • ITIL 4 or 5 certification • Program or project certification including Agile methodologies • Enterprise Architecture • Security Risk and Compliance, Security Operations

As we are looking for a remote position, the disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. Fujitsu aligns salaries to the specific geographic location in which the work is primarily performed. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each situation. The pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: specific skills, qualifications, experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. The pay range for this position is estimated at $179,200 to $230,400 USD. Additionally, this role will be eligible for a sales incentive. Therefore, the on target earning range is $224,000 to $320,000 USD.
