Technical Skills: • Telephone etiquette - basic call handling skills. • Customer service skills (persuasion, helpfulness & positive attitude) • Must be able to communicate fluently in English • Looking for both UG/PG. (in any discipline). • Candidates with experience in handling support calls can apply • Candidate with prior Voice Process experience for Min 6 months can apply • Should be Comfortable with Rotational Night Shift + 5 days working and if in contract 6 days a week • Basic knowledge of computers, internet and software applications • Willingness to work in 24 x 7 work environment • Need to have Technical understanding to resolve L1 related computer Issues • Excellent technical knowledge of pcs and computer hardware. • Working technical knowledge of current protocols, operating systems and standards. • Microsoft Desktop Support Technician an advantage • Software and Hardware Troubleshooting • Windows 7,8 and 10 experience • Microsoft Office 2010, Office 2016 support • TCP/IP knowledge • Basic Networking knowledge Communication Skills: • High proficiency in English grammar, vocabulary. • Fluency in speech - Ability to hold a conversation with ease. • Clarity in speech - Neutral accent, pleasant voice and confident tone. • Listening skills - Comprehend what is said, respond appropriately without interrupting the speaker.
