Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in network operations

Should have experience in production network environment in CISCO, Juniper, Palo Alto Platform

Extensive experience in a network operation in Security, LAN, WAN as Wireless

Must have hands on experience on Cisco, Juniper networking stack

Must have hands on experience on Palo Alto firewall (3020/3050/M-100/5250)

Strong Knowledge of Routing Protocols: BGP, MPLS, OSPF, VRRP, HSRP

Knowledge of Switch functions, VLAN, HSRP, STP, VTP, VXLAN, VTEP

Hands on experience in Palo Alto firewall management using Panaroma

Must ensure service uptime 99.99 for all critical services

Identify single point of failures (device, service) and provide mitigation /remediation strategy

Active participation in S1P1 incidents to technically guide L2 team as well as discussion with TAC

Work with OEM for best practices adoption

Monitor TAC requests and provide plan for upskilling to reduce TAC dependency
