JOB SUMMARY
The Strategic Partner -Talent Acquisition is responsible for providing strategic direction and drive execution of talent acquisition strategies working with the Talent Acquisition team, business & HR leaders. Role provides talent acquisition solutions to ensure outcomes are achieved for hiring needs and critical hiring initiatives. Role is responsible for driving Operational rigor with a data driven mindset toward KPI and metrics results while harmonizing processes within the recruiting team, establishing consistent communication and experience across the line of service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leads the recruitment strategy for how Fujitsu will execute recruiting for the Business line of Service, bringing together the resources of Talent Acquisition recruiting, employer branding and marketing, Talent Acquisition operations and technology and the HR services.
- Partner with leaders and HR Business Partners to assess hiring needs, workforce planning, capacity planning, and year-end planning to build a stronger strategic approach for Talent Acquisition
- Translates Global TA priorities into a line of service strategy that supports the unique hiring needs of the region / line of service, communicates this strategy clearly to the TA Recruiters and to customers ensuring there is a clear direction communicated on how TA delivers.
- Achieve an annual hiring plan that emphasizes scale, quality, and speed of hires. To do this, the TA Head must understand the business's goals and strategy related to the talent plan and translate that into a clear resource strategy that combines people, process, and technology to deliver outcomes.
- Implement and promote Diversity and Inclusion programs pertaining to TA.
- Deploy the strategic employer branding plan that positions the company as an industry leader and employer of choice. Collaborate cross-functionally to promote our culture and values, leveraging data driven insights to continually enhance brand perception and candidate attraction.
- Leads, coaches, and inspires a talent acquisition team of Recruiters to deliver outstanding results while effectively communicating the critical dimensions of the long-term vision. Comfortable rolling up sleeves to get things done in tandem with participating in deeply complex discussions.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in talent acquisition and employment law and applies this knowledge to communicate changes to upper management and across the TA team in the region/s. Acts as the primary point for compliance in the region.
- Assesses the strengths and weakness of the recruiting teams in the region/s, actively manages headcount and resources using data and technology. Coaches to build innovative recruiting strategies from the ground up for the line of service / sub services for which they are aligned.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 10 - 15 years’ experience working in a corporate recruiting or HR management role
- Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience managing direct reports and a team of 10 + recruiters
- Exceptional organizational skills and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven experience translating automation solutions into functional productivity gains
