Job Description:

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS R12 Finance Functional Consultant to provide managed services support.
The resource will be responsible for day-to-day application support, issue resolution, monthly close support, enhancement support.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Oracle Finance applications and should be able to work directly with Finance, Accounting, and IT stakeholders to ensure stable and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide ongoing managed services support for Oracle EBS Finance modules, including:
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Fixed Assets (FA)
Cash Management (CM)
Subledger Accounting (SLA)
Support business users with day-to-day issues, application questions, data validation, reporting issues, and process execution.
Troubleshoot application issues, data loads, calculations, business rules, forms, reports, consolidations, and integrations.
Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities.
Coordinate with Oracle Support for SR creation, tracking, and resolution where required.
Maintain support documentation, knowledge articles, issue logs, and resolution notes.
Ensure timely response and resolution in line with agreed SLA expectations.

Skills & Experience
9+ years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 Finance applications.
Experience in a production support or managed services environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Strong prioritization skills, especially during close and planning cycles.
Ability to manage multiple tickets, enhancements, and recurring support activities.
