  • Monitor Control Room services & Bot Runner machines
  • Analyse bot logs (Control Room and Bot Runner) to identify root cause of failures, Root Cause Analysis, Health Checks
  • Resolve issues of BOT runner and related to Control Room services, BOT performance Metrices, Infrastructure Stability
    • Review problematic bot logic, suggest design improvements, and identify code-related inefficiencies or bugs, Code-level Analysis, Platform Upgrades and Patching, Architecture and Governance
  • Minor Enhancements, Problem Resolution, In-depth Troubleshooting, Incident Management.
  • Documenting the processes, standard operating procedures
  • Security Audits, data privacy regulations
