ServiceNow Developer

Following rapid expansion of new name clients into the Fujitsu SaaS ServiceNow practice, we are seeking a ServiceNow Developer that has solid and progressive consulting experience and a proven record of successful ServiceNow engagements.

Role and Accountabilities:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with expertise in Integrated Risk Management (IRM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and configuring IRM solutions, collaborating with business and technical teams, and ensuring scalable and compliant implementations.

Key Responsibilities
•    Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow IRM modules including Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management Issue and Remediation management.  
•     Create custom workflows, scripts, UI policies, business rules, and integrations (REST/SOAP/MID Server) to meet business requirements.
•    Collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
•     Participate in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements for IRM modules.
•     Develop reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for IRM processes.
•    Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the ServiceNow IRM modules.
•    Document technical designs, development standards, and implementation guides.
•    Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and governance standards.
•    Configuring ServiceNow IRM out of the box as well as customizations to meet client requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
•    5+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer with IRM/GRC modules.
•     Strong knowledge of IRM processes: Policy & Compliance, Risk, Audit, Vendor Risk, and Operational Risk.
•    Creation and migration of update sets. 
•    Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), workflow configuration, and integrations.
•    Experience with enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations.
•    Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
•     Experience facilitating workshops, process mapping, and stakeholder discussions
•    Excellent communication, presentation, and change leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications
•    ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) (Mandatory)
•    ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) (Mandatory)
•    ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – GRC/IRM Optional but preferred
•    Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) Optional but preferred
•    Certified Risk and Compliance Management Professional (CRCMP) Optional but preferred
•    Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer and Workflows.
•    Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models.
