Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer with expertise in Azure AI, Microsoft Copilot, and Generative AI technologies to design and develop intelligent automation and AI-driven enterprise solutions. This role requires a strong programmer who understands AI models, prompt engineering, APIs, system integrations, architecture, automations, and solution design. The candidate will lead development of innovative AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop enterprise-grade solutions using various GenAI and Automation solutions
Build intelligent workflows integrating AI, automation, and business processes.
Develop scalable architectures integrating Azure AI services and enterprise systems.
Create reusable solution components, frameworks, and accelerators.
Design and implement solutions using: Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Studio, Cognitive Services, Microsoft Copilot integrations
Perform prompt engineering and optimize prompts for performance, cost, and accuracy.
Understand model behavior, optimization, grounding, hallucination handling, and RAG patterns.
Implement AI guardrails, content filtering, and responsible AI practices.
Customize and extend Microsoft Copilot for enterprise use cases.
Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems (ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, custom apps).Design and consume RESTful APIs. DevOps
Implement secure authentication (OAuth, Azure AD, Managed Identity).Handle event-driven and real-time integrations.Develop advanced automations
Follow enterprise architecture best practices.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and AI validation testing.
