Role and Accountabilities:
 
We are looking for a skilled and passionate ServiceNow Developer to join our team, focusing on enhancing our Sales Order Management processes and delivering exceptional user experiences through our Service Portal. The ideal candidate will have strong development skills, a keen eye for user interface design, and expertise in integrating ServiceNow with other critical business systems.

Candidates will be experienced in leading ServiceNow engagements end to end, 
In addition, the successful candidate(s) will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:
•    Design, develop, and implement robust solutions within ServiceNow, with a strong emphasis on Sales Order Management workflows and functionality.
•    Lead the development and enhancement of the ServiceNow Service Portal, creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and custom widgets using HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
•    Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
•    Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements for Sales Order Management and Service Portal initiatives, translating them into technical specifications.
•    Configure and extend ServiceNow modules, including Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Fulfillment, as needed to support Sales Order processes.
•    Implement and maintain ACLs, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and other platform features to meet functional and security requirements.
•    Provide technical guidance and support for the ServiceNow platform, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal performance.
•    Participate in code reviews, technical design sessions, and contribute to the overall technical strategy of the ServiceNow platform.
•    Stay current with ServiceNow releases, new features, and best practices, particularly regarding Service Portal and integrations.
•    Contribute to the development of Fujitsu IP solutions in ServiceNow.
•    Coach and advise other Developers.
Qualifications
Skills and Experience Requirements:
•    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•    Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
•    Demonstrable experience with Sales Order Management processes within ServiceNow.
•    Strong expertise in ServiceNow Service Portal development, including custom widgets, pages, and themes.
•    Proficiency in web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AngularJS (or similar JavaScript frameworks like React, Vue).
•    Extensive experience developing and consuming REST and SOAP web services for integrations.
•    Solid understanding of the ServiceNow platform architecture, data model, and development best practices.
•    Experience with Service Catalog, Request Fulfillment, Workflows, and Flow Designer.
•    Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
•    Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Skills and Certifications
•    ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
•    ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
•    Certified Implementation Specialist – IT Service Management (CIS-ITSM)
•    Experience with other ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, or HRSD.
•    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•    Strong presentation development and Customer Presentation skills
•    Successful teamwork experience & demonstrated leadership abilities.
