(8–12 Years Experience)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Time Off Consultant with 8–12 years of professional experience to join our growing SAP HXM practice. The ideal candidate will have deep functional and technical expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off, with hands-on configuration experience across global implementations. The role also involves exposure to RBP (Role-Based Permissions) and People Analytics (Story Reports). This consultant will work with international clients, including support during USA time zones, and must be open to rotating shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead configuration, implementation, and support activities for SAP SuccessFactors Time Off module across global landscapes.
• Work closely with HR and business teams to gather requirements and configure Time Off rules, accruals, time types, time profiles, and absence quotas.
• Ensure compliance with local, regional, and global statutory leave requirements.
• Design and maintain Role-Based Permissions (RBP) to support secure access and data segregation in EC Time Off environments.
• Develop, deliver, and maintain People Analytics reports, including Story Reports, to provide meaningful insights into time and attendance data.
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support, including issue resolution during both implementation and post-go-live phases.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including payroll and integration consultants, to ensure seamless data flow.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and conduct training for HR stakeholders and end users.
• Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors release updates and suggest adoption of relevant features and improvements.

Technical Skills Required:

SAP SuccessFactors Time Off:

• Strong hands-on experience in Time Off configuration, including:
• Time Types
• Time Profiles
• Work Schedules
• Holiday Calendars
• Accrual Rules
• Absence Counting & Carryover Logic
• Country-specific leave compliance (India, US, Europe, etc.)
• Deep understanding of Time Off workflows, alerts, validations, and business rules.
• Familiarity with Time Sheet and Time Management integration (preferred).

Role-Based Permissions (RBP):

• Expertise in configuring permission groups, permission roles, and target population setup specific to Time Off and EC modules.
• Experience managing access across geographies and user types, ensuring compliance and data security.

People Analytics:

• Proficiency in Story Reports: building dashboards and visualizations for time-off trends, leave balances, and compliance tracking.
• Good command over Canvas Reports and advanced filters/calculations.

Additional Skills:

• Working knowledge of Employee Central Core and integration with Payroll or third-party time systems.
• Experience in SuccessFactors Admin Center and Provisioning.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work in Agile or Waterfall implementation methodologies.

Shift Requirement & Allowance:

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP SuccessFactors Time Off Certification.
• Experience in global implementations or multi-country Time Off rollouts.
• Familiarity with GDPR and country-specific data protection regulations.
• Exposure to Employee Central, Payroll, or Time Sheet integration is a plus.
