Job Description:
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP S/4HANA Order to Cash Consultant with expertise in SAP Order to Cash module for the transformation from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. The Order to Cash Lead Consultant will play a pivotal role in overseeing all phases of the design, realization, data migration, and testing, ensuring a seamless transition with minimal disruption to business operations. 

•    Possess a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SD/LE End-to-End Implementation across at least two projects.
•    Have at least 2+ years of experience in S/4HANA migration or Greenfield implementation, including SAP S/4HANA Conversion and/or implementation experience.
•    Demonstrated proficiency in SAP ECC and SAP S/4 HANA Order to Cash processes is mandatory.
•    In-depth understanding and practical experience with SAP S/4HANA's latest innovations, Master Data alterations, Data structure modifications, Simplification Lists, User Interface enhancements, and Security changes.
•    Extensive work background in Order Management, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), Pricing, Billing, and Logistics.
•    Proven experience in configuring various output types such as Order Acknowledgment, Proforma Invoice, and Billing outputs using output management and BRF Plus.
•    Familiarity with SAP processes and customization, S/4HANA, SAP IDOC, EDI, Fiori/UI5, and Data migration tools.
•    Proficiency in establishing Business Partners (BP), Configuring BP Roles, Managing Number Ranges, Defining Partner Functions, Rebates, and Commissions settings.
•    Expertise in Available-to-Promise (ATP), Backorder Processing (BOP), Rescheduling, and Allocation processes.
•    Design, configure, and customize SAP S/4HANA solutions to optimize logistics processes, including procurement, inbound/outbound logistics, warehouse management, transportation management, and order fulfillment.
•    Implement and integrate SAP Logistics Execution modules such as Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), Warehouse Management (WM), and Transportation Management (TM) within the S/4HANA environment
•    Hands-on experience with SAP Best Practices Business Processes, Global templates, and adapting these Best Practices to suit specific business requirements.
•    Previous involvement in project-based work, preferably with S/4HANA design and build implementation across various versions.
•    Familiarity with implementation methodologies such as SAP ASAP and/or SAP Activate.
•    Extensive experience in leading design workshops, conducting analysis, mapping processes, configuring systems, testing, providing training, overseeing go-live activities, and providing ongoing support.
•    Proficient in creating Design Workshop presentations, Business Blueprint documents, and Functional Specifications.
•    Skilled in developing Data Migration strategies and executing them effectively.
•    Experience in addressing development requirements including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows.
•    Results-oriented, team-focused, adaptable to diverse client environments, and quick in acquiring new skills and methodologies.
•    Positive attitude and proactive nature to work with Cross-Teams.
•    Working knowledge of agile and waterfall development methodologies.
