Job Description:
- MASTER DATA and CONFIGURATION for SAP PP-PI Material Master records Bills of materials master records Work Center & Resource master records Routing, Rate routing, Master Recipe, Reference rate routing master records Production Version master records Engineering Change Management.
- Material Masters PP (MRP1, MRP2, MRP3, MRP4, Classification, Work Scheduling etc.) related configuration.
- BOM, Work Center (Standard value Key, Capacity Planning and Scheduling formulas, Control Key etc.), Routing (Task list Number Range), Resource, Master Recipe.
- Sales and Operation planning, Material Requirement Planning, and Rough Cut Planning, Flexible planning, Capacity leveling and detail scheduling, Consumption based Planning with automatic Safety Stock and Reorder Point calculation.
- Long term planning. MRP Group and Plant Parameter related configuration.
- Work Center/ Resource classification related settings.
- Planned Order and Production order settings (Order Type, Order type Number Range, Order type dependent parameters.)
- Production scheduler, checking control, production scheduling parameters, confirmation parameters etc.
- Batch Management configuration, Batch determination. Integration of PP with WMS,MM,FI/CO,SD. Master data and Configuration for QM Material Master (QM views) records Catalog & Selected set master records, Inspection points.
- Master Inspection Characteristics master records Sampling Process and Sampling methods master records Quality Info record.
- QM related SPRO setting for Plant, QM in procurement, QM setting for task list to material type.
- Inspection type and maintain inspection lot origin for inspection type. Maintain catalogs for usages decisions, Define unit of measurement for various quality dimensions.
- Quality Certificates. Quality notifications, etc. Integration of SAP-QM with MM,PP,SD,WMS.
