SAP FICO Consultant
Role Summary
We are looking for a motivated SAP FICO Consultant with strong Finance domain experience and a keen interest in SAP ERP solutions. The candidate will support implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support activities within SAP FICO, leveraging prior industry experience to effectively bridge business requirements and SAP solutions.
Required Experience & Knowledge
- SAP FICO certification is required.
- 3–4 years of domain experience in Accounting/Finance.
- Good exposure to:
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Asset Accounting (AA)
- General Ledger (GL) and Financial Reporting
- Prior experience working as an SAP End User would be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of Finance and Accounting processes and their alignment with SAP FICO.
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Willingness to learn SAP implementation methodologies and processes.
- Team player with good stakeholder management capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- CA (Inter) / CA
- MBA in Finance
- M.Com
Ideal Candidate Profile
A Finance professional with 3–4 years of hands-on accounting experience, SAP FICO certification, and preferably prior SAP end-user exposure who is looking to build or further develop a career in SAP FICO consulting.
