Job Description: 
Position Overview: We are seeking a seasoned SAP Data Services (BODS) Consultant with SAP S/4HANA master data migration experience with strong technical expertise in executing and delivering a complex migration project from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. The candidate will be responsible for developing objects in SAP Data Services for data migration to SAP S/4HANA Target System from a current SAP ECC system to ensure a seamless transition, proving testing and cutover activities of their journey to SAP S/4HANA.
Key Responsibilities: 
Functional and Technical Consulting:
•    Data migration project experience using SAP Data services (BODS 4.x/3.x) with SAP HANA DB is must
•    Develop data migration objects using SAP Data services (BODS) using SAP HANA and SAP ECC
•    Experience in writing complex transformation rules using Lookups, pivots, workflows and reverse pivot implementation in data services for data cleansing and different data transformation methods
•    SAP Business Requirement Gathering - Understanding business mapping and derive technical solution for data migration using SAP DS
•    Experience in error handling and resolutions occurring during data migration
•    Expertise in writing, testing, debugging, documenting and implementing complex Batch jobs, Realtime jobs
•    Experience in generating load files using SAP DS for manual upload using custom programs in SAP


Testing, Training, and Support: 
Conduct testing, user acceptance testing for data accuracy and performance. 
Collaborate with MDM consultants and implement solutions to meet project objectives. 
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting.


Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: 
Act as the primary point of contact for SAP Data Services (BODS) object developments, data cleansing, transformation rules
Proactively engage with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements, address concerns, and obtain feedback throughout the migration and transformation process to SAP S/4HANA. 
Build and maintain strong relationships with team in the migration process and deliverables.
Qualifications: 
Bachelor's degree Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in data migration using SAP Data migration cockpit, SAP data services (BODS) into S4HANA implementation and support project experience.
Strong experience in SAP Data services (BODS) and knowledge in SAP Data migration cockpit
Strong analytical Skills to analyze complex business data, identify potential issues, business challenges, recommend and develop solutions implementing with best practices.
SAP Certification is preferred.
Strong technical skills with the ability to drive requirements to completion.
Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation
Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills to technical and non-technical audiences including the ability to present and discuss strategies and technical information in a manner that establishes rapport, persuades others, and establishes domain expertise.
Nice to Have
Experience in executing SAP Data Migration Cockpit for data upload in S4HANA
Knowledge on LSMW, IDoc’s
Experience and knowledge in migration in all SAP modules of FICO, MM, WM, SD, PP, QM, EHS master data into S4HANA from SAP ECC is a plus.
