Experience: 8+ Years Relevant

• Candidates must be considered expert in their field with 8+ years advanced experience in developing solutions in a complex utility environment.
• Candidates must be highly skilled in detailed design, development, testing and documentation of SAP BI reporting and analytics solutions, following the architectures and high-level designs produced by the Solution Architect and or BI Consultant.
• Knowledge/experience of BusinessObjects Data Services and fundamental knowledge of the ISU is a plus.
• SAP BI consultant with strong hands-on experience in BI data modeling (Cubes, DSO, data sources, extractors and process chains) and SAP Bex query development.
• Strong ABAP development for BI Data Flows (DataSources Enhancements, ABAP Dictionary, Basis, Classes, Extractors based on Function Modules, Debugging, Code Optimization);
• Familiar with the Layered Scalable Architecture (LSA);
• Strong Solution Design and Technical Documentation skills.
• Strong Data Architecture skills applied to SAP components.
• Strong aptitude and experience with Multi-Dimensional Data Modeling.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic agile short cycle project environment.
• Candidates must have demonstrated evidence of leadership qualities and innovation and teamwork.
• Good communication skills.

Mandatory:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business or Engineering.
• Must be fully functional in the SAP BI.
• Preference to candidates with BI certification and/or training.
• Demonstrated record of continuing professional development is required.
• Demonstrated experience in solution design, project management in an agile and waterfall environment working in team and with team leadership skills.

Desired:

• Master’s degree in computer science, Business or Engineering.
• Certification in SAP Business Warehouse, SAP Data Services, SAP Hana and data modeling would be considered an asset;
• Certification in Agile Project Delivery methodology considered an asset.

Desirable SAP Certifications:

• SAP BI 7.x;
• SAP Data Service 4.x;
• SAP Business Objects 4.x tools.
• Project Management Certification with Agile Project Delivery experience.

Top 3 Skills

• End-to-end migration/conversion experience in ECC. Minimum 1 end-to-end implementation experiences
