Education

Graduation from a reputed university.

Technical or Management degree or equivalent education.
Experience
-
Experience supporting medium to large-scale support or implementation of SAP ECC 6.0 / SAP ECC on HANA.

Experience working with SAP MM, SD, FICO, and HCM modules.

Strong understanding of mapping technical designs to Functional Specifications (FS) and creating/reviewing the corresponding Technical Specifications (TS).

Solid understanding of ABAP coding practices and naming conventions.
Responsibilities

Deliver New Business Requests / Change Requests with high quality, within the defined timeline and budget.

Perform performance optimization and troubleshooting.

Develop and support interfaces and integrations.
Technical Skills
-
Data Dictionary concepts (mandatory).
-
Report development – Classical, Interactive, and ALV reports.
-
Forms development – SAP Script, Smart Forms, and Adobe Forms.

Module Pool development.
-
SAP BAPI / RFC.
-
Performance optimization.
-
Ability to identify and implement User Exits, SAP Enhancement Points, and SAP BAdIs.

IDoc configuration, extensions, and custom IDocs (mandatory as working knowledge, even if not fully hands-on).
Consulting & Support Skills

Excellent client-facing consulting skills, strong analytical and debugging capabilities.

Well-versed in SAP standards and best practices.

Experience with OSS Note application and validation.

Ability to plan, run, manage, and sustain operational support service delivery according to agreed SLAs, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction by following ITSM processes.

Working knowledge of industry project processes and frameworks such as CMMI and ITIL.
Additional Advantage

Experience with SAP S/4HANA.

S/4HANA certification will be considered an advantage.
