Job Description:

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Fusion SCM & Manufacturing Senior Functional Consultant with 12+ years of experience to join our offshore delivery team. The candidate will play a critical role in supporting global Oracle Fusion implementations and AMS engagements, with strong expertise in business process design, production support, and SLA-driven delivery aligned with ITSM practices.

Key Responsibilities
Design, document, and optimize end-to-end business process flows across Supply Chain and Manufacturing domains.
Provide offshore support for Oracle Fusion SCM and Manufacturing AMS projects.
Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and problem tickets within defined SLA timelines.
Collaborate with onsite teams and business stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and effective communication.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement long-term solutions for recurring issues.
Adhere to ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
Support application enhancements, minor projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Participate in SIT, UAT, and regression testing activities.
Coordinate with technical teams for integration, reports, and data corrections.
Prepare functional documentation, including Functional Design Documents (FDDs), test cases, and user guides.
Participate in daily and weekly project status meetings with global stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience
12+ years of experience in Oracle SCM and Manufacturing modules.
Minimum one end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud implementation experience.
Minimum two years of Oracle Fusion AMS/Application Support experience.
Strong functional expertise in:
Oracle Fusion Inventory Management
Oracle Fusion Procurement/Purchasing
Oracle Fusion Order Management (OM)
Oracle Supply Chain Planning (SCP)
Oracle Manufacturing (Discrete)
Oracle Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
Experience in L2/L3 production support and ticket-based support environments.
Hands-on experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira.
Experience working in SLA/KPI-driven support delivery models.
Experience working in offshore-onsite engagement models.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud Certification.
Knowledge of OTBI and BI Publisher reporting.
Exposure to Agile or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
Experience working with global clients across the U.S. and Europe.

Ability to work independently in an offshore delivery model.
Strong time management and prioritization skills.
