The TA Sourcing Specialist is responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top-tier talent to meet the organization's hiring needs. This role combines strategic sourcing, candidate relationship management, and innovative talent marketing to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
- Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including direct sourcing, social media, and job boards.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and priorities.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage and track candidate information.
Candidate Experience
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Communicate effectively with candidates, keeping them informed and engaged.

Innovative Talent Marketing

Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, social media recruiting, and direct sourcing.

- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Knowledge of platform algorithms and best practices for maximizing visibility.
