Requirements:
- Fluent in Japanese - N5-N4/Nat 4 certification? Even better!
- HR service desk or customer support experience is a plus.
- Stellar interpersonal and communication skills - you speak HR, not just Japanese.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) is advantageous.
