Job Title: HR Service Desk Specialist (Japanese Language Pro)

 Location: Pune Position Type: FJ-07

Requirements:

Fluent in Japanese & English communication
HR service desk or customer support experience is a plus.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
Well-versed with MS office
Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

Preferred experience in HR service desk or customer support.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) is advantageous.

Qualifications:

Hold a BA, BCom, or any graduation degree.
N3 certification in Japanese language mandatory.

Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years’ experience.

Location:

Pune - should be ready to work from Pune location. (Hybrid mode)
