Job Title: HR Service Desk Specialist (Japanese Language Pro)

 

 Location: Pune Position Type: FJ-07

 

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Japanese & English communication
  • HR service desk or customer support experience is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Well-versed with MS office
  • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

  • Preferred experience in HR service desk or customer support.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • Hold a BA, BCom, or any graduation degree.
  • N3 certification in Japanese language mandatory.

Experience:

  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience.
