About the Position:

Position in Financial MIS Reporting. Person should be experienced in generating  and analyzing reports and provide insights to Business in the areas of Improvement and controlling costs.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Proficiency in excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Pivot and VBA Macros.
2. Experience in any one of the consolidation tool like Hyperion is preferred.
3. To handle Planning, Budgeting and forecasting along with financial analysis of his / her portfolio.
4. Business Partnering- Work closely with Department heads to align financial plans with operational reality, providing actionable analysis.
5. To act as bridge between Finance and Business (Business Partnering).
6. Driving value with the help of data and reports.
7. Participate in month end reporting.
8. Help in fixing the process gaps.

Add- on Qualifications:

1. Advanced Analytics – Professional proficiency in Power BI and/or SQL to build out automated margin and profitability dashboards.
2. AI tool integration – Working knowledge of applying AI tools e.g. Copilot to accelerate Finance workflows, reporting automation and variance details.

Experience:  3-5 years’ experience in the similar role

Skills:

1. B.Com / MBA / CA (Inter).
2. Good communication skills.
3. Excellent Excel skills.
4. Knowledge of BI tools like Power BI, SQL,Tableau preferred
5. SAP Experience preferred
