Field Service Managment

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with strong technical expertise and hands-on experience in designing and developing custom applications and integrations. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of core ServiceNow modules, scripting, and implementation, exposure to advanced modules like Field Service Management, Asset Management, Now Agent Mobile Application .Key Responsibilities:Design and develop complex custom applications within the ServiceNow platform.Work on SOAP and REST integrations to connect ServiceNow with external systems.Develop and maintain ServiceNow Service Portal components and widgets.Utilize ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, etc.) to meet business requirements.Manage ServiceNow migration and platform upgrades effectively.Collaborate with stakeholders and participate in client interactions to gather requirements and deliver solutions.Enhancement and support Field Service Management (FSM), Asset Management, and Now Mobile Agent applications.Ensure best practices and performance standards are maintained throughout the development lifecycle.Required Skills and Qualifications:Strong technical knowledge in core ServiceNow concepts and architecture.Proven experience in designing and developing custom applications in Field Service Management.Solid experience with web services integrations using SOAP and REST.Hands-on experience in ServiceNow modules: Field Service Management, Asset Management, and Now Mobile Agent.Expertise in Service Portal development and customization.Proficient in ServiceNow scripting and development best practices.Knowledge and experience in ServiceNow instance migration and upgrade processes.Good communication skills and experience in working directly with clients.Preferred Qualifications:
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer / System Administrator certification.Certified Implementation Specialist in Field Service ManagementExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
