- Strong experience managing core Entra ID (Azure AD) functions, including users, groups, roles, policies, and account lifecycle processes.
- Create and manage cloud user IDs and groups (assigned & dynamic) within Entra ID.
- Grant and revoke access to privileged accounts and groups in accordance with organizational requirements.
- Design and implement Single Sign-On (SSO) for SaaS, cloud-native, and on-premises applications using protocols such as SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and OAuth 2.0.
- Implement SSO solutions for migrated applications to enable users to access multiple applications with a single set of credentials.
- Integrate migrated applications with Entra ID for seamless and secure authentication.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SSO-related issues to ensure uninterrupted access to migrated applications.
- Collaborate with application owners and stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition process.
- Customize Entra ID configurations to accommodate specific application requirements.
- Ensure minimal disruption to users during the migration process.
- Manage user provisioning, group synchronization, and automated deprovisioning.
- Experience with Active Directory (AD), Entra Connect, and AD Federation Services (ADFS).
- Implement Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), SSO, self-service portals, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Identity Protection, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
- Manage privileges within related services like Exchange, SharePoint, Intune, or Teams using Entra roles.
- Report on identity and access management activities.
- Collaborate with the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team to resolve issues.
- Participate in on-call rotations and Maintain and update process documentation.
- Strong automation skill to automate the tasks using PowerShell and MS Graph API.
- Microsoft Certified Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300) or Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) is mandatory.
