Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate HR Advisor - Engagement to manage and execute both online and on-ground events and handle operational tasks such as vendor coordination, billing, and logistics. The role is critical in enhancing employee engagement and promoting the organization's brand through internal and external events, including milestone celebrations like Foundation Day.Will orchestrate engaging events and initiatives that strengthens relationships among our teams and community stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:Design, coordinate, and execute corporate events (online & offline), such as town halls, foundation day celebrations, employee engagement activities, etc. to improve satisfaction, morale and involvement among stakeholders.Prepare monthly activity calendar, publish the same and create awareness at all locations for increased participation, co-ordinate with CFT’s (all locations) for arrangement of all planned on-ground events and collate data for report creation.Track engagement metrics and analyse data to access the effectiveness of strategies.Share inputs for report creation for management comprising of all activities and data on participation of employees and event effectiveness.Manage end-to-end logistics including venue booking, vendor coordination, event materials, catering and on-site support.Collaborate with internal teams for the creation of posts, announcements of events and oversee communications with details of the same.Handle invoice processing, bill settlements, raising PR in coordination with the Finance and Procurement teams.Maintain accurate records of budgets, expenses, and event outcomes for reporting and analysis.Track, action and close tickets raised in the system by stakeholders.
