| Functional Knowledge |
| Understanding of HR processes: Employee Life Cycle, Recruitment & Onboarding, Performance Management, Compensation Management, Learning & Development, Succession Planning, Payroll concepts |
| Basic understanding of one or more modules: Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), Recruiting Management (RCM), Onboarding, Compensation, Succession & Development, Workforce Analytics / Reporting |
