Job Description: Associate Technical Services Engineer (FJ9)
Position Summary:
We are seeking a Japanese–English bilingual Associate Technical Services Engineer to support technical operations, handle service requests, and collaborate effectively with Japanese stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT fundamentals and the ability to follow standard procedures while maintaining high-quality communication in both languages.
Key Responsibilities:Handle technical service requests and tasks by following standard operating procedures (SOPs)Provide basic support for Windows, Azure/Cloud platforms, server environments, and MS OfficeCoordinate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with Japanese and English stakeholdersAssist in interpreting and translating communication between teams when requiredMaintain documentation and ensure adherence to the ITIL frameworkSupport daily operational activities and contribute to service stability and improvementUnderstand and adapt to Japanese business practices and cultural expectationsRequired Skills & Qualifications:Any graduate with strong Japanese bilingual capabilityJLPT Level N2/N3 or aboveBasic understanding of Windows OS, Azure/Cloud, server concepts, MS Office, and ITIL frameworkStrong Japanese and English oral and written communication skillsAbility to follow SOPs accurately and work independently as well as part of a teamStrong interpretation and translation skills (preferred)
