Job Title: Application Support Analyst
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to provide technical support and maintenance for applications built on Domino version 9 with Microsoft SQL Server. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, experience with legacy and specialized applications, and a solid understanding of relational databases.
Key Responsibilities:
Application Support & Maintenance:
- Provide Level 2/3 support for Domino applications.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Monitor application performance and implement fixes or enhancements as needed.
Integration & Development Support:
- Assist in maintaining and enhancing existing Domino workflows and configurations.
- Collaborate with development teams to deploy patches, updates, and new features.
Database Management:
- Work with Microsoft SQL Server for data management, optimization, and performance tuning.
- Create and maintain queries, stored procedures, and reports as needed.
Documentation & Compliance:
- Maintain accurate documentation for application configurations, troubleshooting steps, and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure compliance with security and governance standards, including privacy and data protection requirements.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for AI, automation and process optimization.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Domino version 9 administration and support.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including T-SQL and performance tuning.
- Experience with AI coding and automation tools.
- Familiarity with application support processes, incident management, and SDLC.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with migration projects involving Domino.
- Exposure to reporting tools and integration with applications.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management best practices.
Education:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
