Roles and Responsibilities: 

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing statutory compliance activities, which include but are not limited to:

  • Handling audits and ensuring timely responses.
  • Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Providing advisory support on legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as notices, responses to notices, appeals, contracts, agreements, and MoUs.
  • Supporting various functions during ISO audits (ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, 45001).
  • Demonstrating strong communication skills and a good understanding of the local language.
  • Travelling across India as required for compliance-related activities.

  • Flexibility regarding location, technology, and work assignments.
  • Willingness to adhere to all organisational policies.
  • Commitment to a mandatory five-day work-from-office schedule.

 

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduate/Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB), passed out in the years 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, or 2025.
  • Education must be completed from institutions approved by AICTE/DOTE/DTE/Government authorities.
  • Possession of a valid degree certificate is mandatory.
  • Additional certifications or specialisations will be considered an advantage.
  • Candidates must not be registered on the NATS portal with any other organisation and should not have previously worked as an apprentice.
