What’s the role about?

  • Stakeholder management.
  • Manage relationship between account teams in their relative regions.
  • Risk Management.
  • Establishes and manages risk for the team’s skill levels and adequate resources to ensure that risks are mitigated, and problems resolved, in relation to meeting our commitmentsPlanning & Control.
  • Resource allocation/scheduling to meet the delivery demands, taking into accounts changing priorities or issuesProfessional Specialization.
  • Focus and attention is primarily on the specific services which the team is delivering to their current Customer base.
  • Responsible for improving core skills, adopting standard processes and encouraging re-useTools Mastery.

 

Who are we looking for?

Project Management Knowledge:

  • Key elements such as Planning, Governance, Reporting, Change Management, RAIDWorking closely with Project Delivery teams to manage all duties assigned to the team for all engaged team resources
  • Participate in LoS Strategic initiatives with responsibility for contributing to the creation and execution of the P&PS strategy
  • Process Improvement.
  • Suggests and implements proposals for process improvements within P&PS.

Knowledge sharing and people development. 

  • Guides less experienced team members and recommends development areas.
  • Actively drives networking of P&PS community
  • Active participation in capability growth and building new services to meet business needs of organization

Additional skills

  • Experience in working with a dynamic environment and constantly changing circumstances
  • Business experience in Project DeliveryExperience in budget and finance management
  • Business driven approach
  • Proficiency in the English language (minimum B2)
  • Experience with Project Management Methodologies such as PRINCE2, P3O, PMP, AgilePM, SAFE
