Position: Project Manager (Technical Lead)
Key Responsibilities
Project manager roles:
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with standards, timelines, and KPIs
• Establish and maintain project governance aligned with customer standards, processes, and KPIs
• Ensure all projects follow standardized methodologies, documentation, and phase gate reviews
• Manage overall project portfolio, schedules, and status (To Start / Ongoing / Hold / Delay / Close)
• Track WBS, milestones, and deliverables across multiple projects
• Manage scope definition, change requests, risk assessment, and incident handling
• Maintain risk logs and ensure proactive mitigation strategies
• Lead incident reporting processes (including root cause analysis using 5 Whys, etc.)
• Design project organization structure and communication flow
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and ensure clear documentation of minutes, actions, and decisions
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders, management, and clients
Technical role:
• Understand end-to-end system architecture and cross-system dependencies
• Design and review applications, API, database, and system integrations
• Evaluate technical solutions based on cost, risk, timeline, and scalability
• Ensure system performance, security, and reliability (including cloud environments such as AWS)
• Define and oversee testing strategies (unit, integration, performance)
• Collaborate with operations teams on deployment, monitoring, and incident handling
• Lead technical reviews and mentor engineering team members
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management or PMO roles
• Proven experience in project management / PMO governance
• Experience in the automotive industry (e.g., connected services, call center systems, mobility platforms, or related domains)
• Solid understanding of system architecture, integration, and SDLC
• Knowledge of cloud/infrastructure (e.g., AWS) and security practices
• Experience in testing strategies and quality assurance
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work on-site at customer locations
• Strong communication skills in English (both spoken and written).
