Role Overview – Project Manager – Part time

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Manager to support the coordination and delivery of the Frontria consortium and its European partnership activities. The postholder will play a central role in managing multi-partner collaboration across Europe, coordinating consortium communications and events, maintaining key project and governance documentation, and supporting the effective delivery of project milestones, stakeholder engagement, and dissemination activities.

 

Key Responsibilities

Consortium Coordination (Frontria)

  • Support the day-to-day management of the Frontria consortium, acting as a central point of contact for European partners.
  • Coordinate and organise online and in-person events, including agenda setting, documentation, and follow-up actions.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across consortium members to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Maintain and manage a centralised repository of project documentation, including legal and governance documents (e.g. NDAs, contracts, partnership agreements).
  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and briefing materials to communicate project progress to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to outreach and dissemination activities, supporting stakeholder engagement across Europe.

 

Transferable Skills and Experience 

  • Experience working effectively within international, multi-partner consortia across different countries and sectors. 
  • Strong project planning, coordination and delivery skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships and liaise confidently with diverse stakeholders, partners and organisations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce high-quality reports, proposals and presentations.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage complex documentation, processes and competing deadlines.
  • Experience contributing to or leading proposal development, bid writing and/or grant applications.
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues, adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

 

Additional Information

This role requires a proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively in an international and fast-paced environment. Occasional travel within Europe may be required.
