Key Responsibilities
Transformation & Program Delivery
- Lead Procurement transformation projects and strategic initiatives across Europe.
- Develop project plans, manage timelines, risks, dependencies and stakeholder engagement.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving Procurement, Finance, HR, IT and Business stakeholders.
- Support execution of the Procurement strategy and transformation roadmap.
- Facilitate project governance, steering committees and working groups.
Digitalisation & AI
- Lead deployment and adoption of AI-enabled solutions within Procurement.
- Coordinate implementation of AI agents, chatbots, automation initiatives and digital workplace solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology and automation.
- Manage pilots, proof-of-concepts and rollout activities.
- Drive user engagement, training and adoption of new digital tools.
Communications & Change Management
- Develop and execute communications strategies for Procurement initiatives.
- Work closely with the person responsible for creating communication materials, newsletters, articles, presentations, user guides and training content. The Procurement Transformation Manager will focus on communication planning, stakeholder engagement, prioritisation and change delivery rather than content creation itself.
- Manage stakeholder engagement across multiple countries and functions.
- Support organisational change programs and business readiness activities.
- Drive adoption of new tools, processes and ways of working.
Process Excellence
- Analyse and improve Procurement processes.
- Facilitate workshops and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support process harmonisation and standardisation across Europe.
- Promote best-practice sharing and operational excellence.
Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships with leaders and stakeholders across the business.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for project delivery and change initiatives.
- Coordinate activities between Procurement teams, business functions and external partners.
- Ensure business requirements are translated into practical solutions.
Competencies
Essential
- Language: fluent in English.
- 5+ years of Project Management, Program Management, Business Transformation, PMO or Operational Excellence experience.
- Demonstrated success delivering change and transformation initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
- Experience working in a multicultural / global environment.
Desirable
- Procurement or Supply Chain experience.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Copilot, automation or digital workplace programs.
- Change Management certification (Prosci or similar).
- Project Management qualification (Prince2, PMP, Agile or equivalent).
- Experience supporting organisational transformation programs.
