Responsibilities include:
- Manage day to day facility support in the Pittsburgh, PA office location
(to include new hire logistics, seating, parking, badge system, mail, courier,
office supply management and purchasing and maintain kitchen supplies including water, snack and so on) - Manage creation of purchase requisitions in SAP
- General admin support (on a need basis)
- Familiar with Supporting On/Off Boarding Admin team for North America
- Experience with managing Executive calendars, travel arrangement, and expense reports
- Coordinate, prepare, and clean up of office lunch every Wednesday.
- Bilingual: English and Japanese (native level in both)
Requirements:
High school diploma or higher
5+ years relevant experience
Bilingual, must be able to communicate in Japanese
25 - 30 hours per week
M-F in the Pittsburgh, PA office is required
Must have the characteristics and experience as follows:
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to address a variety of challenges on a day to day basis
- Must have strong personal initiative and organization skills
- Able to balance numerous priorities
- Maintain strict confidentiality
- Strong MS Office Suite skills
- Familiar with SharePoint
- SAP purchase requisition experience is preferred
