Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and manage complex Oracle programs involving Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Oracle Cloud, integrations, upgrades, AMS support, and custom development. The ideal candidate will combine deep Oracle technical expertise with strong program governance, stakeholder management, and delivery leadership in global environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end planning, execution, governance, and delivery of complex Oracle-based programs, including:
Oracle EBS R12.x implementations and upgrades, Oracle Cloud initiatives, Integrations and custom developments
Application Maintenance & Support (AMS) engagements
Manage multi-track programs across technical, functional, and business teams.
Provide overall program governance, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and dependency management.
Drive technical solution alignment across Oracle technologies (EBS, Cloud, integrations, reporting).
Coordinate global delivery models, including offshore/onshore teams and Global Delivery Centers (GDCs).
Oversee SDLC execution across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
Lead test strategy, SIT/UAT planning, defect triage, and production rollout.
Ensure adherence to ITIL processes within AMS support models, including:
Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management
SLA governance and continuous service improvement
Act as the primary interface with senior stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, status reporting, and escalation management.
Identify program risks and issues proactively and drive mitigation plans.
Support transition activities such as KT, stabilization, and hypercare post go-live.
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of experience in Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Cloud environments, with at least 5 years in a Program or Project Management role.
Strong technical background in:
Oracle PL/SQL, BI Publisher, Forms/Reports
Oracle Interfaces/APIs
Oracle Cloud technical tools and frameworks
Proven experience delivering:
ERP implementations, System upgrades, Large-scale Oracle transformation programs
Functional knowledge of Oracle modules such as: Financials, SCM, HCM Projects
Hands-on experience managing AMS support projects with defined SLAs.
Solid understanding of ITIL framework and service management concepts.
Experience working with global delivery and offshore teams.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Good to Have / Preferred Qualifications
PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent project/program management certification.
Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or other relevant Oracle certifications.
Experience with integration tools such as:
Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Informatica
Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)
Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, finance, manufacturing).
Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation in Oracle ecosystems
