Job Summary: 

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance Functional Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion Financials modules. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financial applications, collaborate closely with finance stakeholders, and deliver scalable business solutions aligned with organizational goals. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements related to Finance and Accounting processes. 

• Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Cloud Financial modules based on business needs. 

• Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend Oracle best practices and process improvements. 

• Collaborate with finance users, technical teams, and project stakeholders throughout project lifecycle activities. 

• Prepare functional design documents (FDDs), configuration documents, and business process flows. 

• Configure and validate business rules, approval workflows, accounting structures, and security roles. 

• Support end-to-end implementation activities including SIT, UAT, cutover, deployment, and post-go-live support. 

• Assist in data migration, data conversion, reconciliation, and validation activities. 

• Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, reports, interfaces, and customizations. 

• Analyse and resolve functional issues and provide ongoing production support. 

• Deliver user training, process documentation, and knowledge transfer sessions. 

• Support Oracle quarterly updates and evaluate impacts on business processes and configurations. 

• Work with cross-functional teams including SCM and Manufacturing modules where required. 

Required Skills & Experience: 

• Overall 10+ years of experience with at least 5+ years as an Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance Functional Consultant. 

• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financial modules including: 

• General Ledger  

• Accounts Payable  

• Accounts Receivable  

• Fixed Assets  

• Cash Management  

• Project Portfolio Management  

• Expenses 

• Tax 

• Subledger Accounting  

• Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance implementation and support projects. 

• Strong understanding of financial processes including Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C). 

• Experience in requirement gathering, business process mapping, solution design, and configuration. 

• Experience in SIT, UAT, reconciliation, and go-live support activities. 

• Good understanding of integrations with SCM, Procurement, Projects, Banking systems, and third-party applications. 

• Knowledge of financial reporting tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, and Smart View. 

• Experience with FBDI, ADFDI, and REST/SOAP integrations. 

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 

• Excellent documentation and presentation capabilities. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Oracle Cloud Financials Certification. 

• Experience in at least two full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation projects. 

• Functional exposure to multi-org, multi-currency, and global finance processes. 

Education: 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 

• CA, CMA, CPA, MBA Finance, or equivalent finance qualification is an added advantage.
