The Senior OpsRamp practitioner who is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-grade tools that support IT operations, development, and business processes. This role involves strategic planning, architecture design, integration, and governance of tools across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the enterprise tool architecture roadmap.
- Evaluate, select, and implement tools for ITSM, DevOps, monitoring, automation, and analytics.
- Lead tool integration efforts across platforms (e.g., CheckMK, OpsRamp, Dynatrace, Splunk).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into tool capabilities.
- Ensure tools align with security, compliance, and performance standards.
- Develop and enforce governance policies for tool usage and lifecycle management.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to tool administrators and engineers.
- Monitor tool performance and usage, recommending optimizations and upgrades.
- Manage vendor relationships and licensing agreements.
- 10+ years of experience in IT architecture, tool administration, or enterprise systems.
- Deep understanding of ITSM, AIOps, DevOps, and cloud-native tools.
- Experience with integration platforms and APIs (REST, SOAP).
- Strong knowledge of automation frameworks and scripting (Python, PowerShell, etc.).
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
