Job Description : M365 Operations Engineer
The M365 Operations Engineer is responsible for supporting and operating Microsoft 365 services. This role handles user requests, investigates service updates and incidents, performs operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities :
Support and operate Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Office)
Investigate M365 service incidents, advisories, and feature updates
Troubleshoot and resolve L2/L2+ operational issues; escalate complex issues with clear analysis
Manage access requests, API approvals, and cloud account provisioning
Perform routine operations, maintenance, and standard changes using SOPs and runbooks
Experience & Skills :
5–7 years of IT operations or Microsoft 365 support experience
Strong hands-on experience with enterprise M365 environments
Experience with M365 Admin Centers
Microsoft certifications (MS-102, MS-900) are a plus
