Global Marketing Manager – Fujitsu Enterprise Postgres

Job Description

An opportunity is available to join a large organisation with a start-up culture. The team is highly motivated and collaborative with a rapidly growing opportunity for Fujitsu’s Enterprise Postgres database technology. Fujitsu is looking for a strategic and talented marketing professional to join the team to accelerate this growth. The team is organized multi-regionally to pursue the growth globally.

Working directly with our leadership team this position requires a strategic outlook combined with a focus on execution. This role also requires a strong understanding of digital acquisition, event management and experience in software or technology markets. Additionally, you will have worked with senior direct sales teams and business partners.

You will also work closely with our Web and Digital Content Specialist to ensure the website is optimised to meet business and marketing objectives. This person will also help in the production of technical content such as demos, videos, workshops, tutorials, technical white papers, conference presentations, and webinars.

Key Responsibilities

Digital

  • Track web analytics to determine engagement levels from all sources – organic, paid, referral….
  • Manage digital suppliers to optimize performance.
  • Manage content across all platforms, including email and social media.
  • Manage search engine optimization.
  • Web development aligned to user experience / consumption.

Events

  • Work with leadership team to build global event plan
  • Manage event sponsorships
  • Manage proprietary events
  • Manage all aspects of event execution
  • Track all leads and ROI

Performance Metrics

  • Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) from events and digital activity.
  • Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) from events and digital activity.
  • Identified Pipeline
  • Marketing delivered revenue.
  • Total revenue

Supplier and Budget Management

In addition, you will manage the purchase order process and external suppliers for all events and digital activity, globally. Furthermore, you will engage with key executives to set and manage the marketing budget and report on quarterly activity and performance.

Postgres Community

Experience

  • 10+ years in marketing management with proven digital marketing and event management experience.
  • Experience with web development and content creation
  • Experience in working with senior sales leads and channels.
  • Experience in working with senior technical leads.
  • Experience in managing suppliers and purchase order process.
  • Experience in managing marketing budgets and performance reporting.
  • CRM / Marketing tool experience – preferably HubSpot
  • Database technology knowledge is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

As we are looking for a remote position, the disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.  Fujitsu aligns salaries to the specific geographic location in which the work is primarily performed. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each situation. The pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: specific skills, qualifications, experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. The pay range for this position is estimated at $103,600 to $149,184 USD.
