Primary Skills (Core Technical Competencies)
- Installation and configuration of Custom & Standard Software (e.g. SSMS, .NET, .NET Core)
- Configuration of application interfaces
- Installation and configuration of IIS Server
- Configuration of HTTPS certificates in IIS
- Experience with file transfer tools such as FTP, FileZilla
- Troubleshooting using Windows Event Viewer, IIS Logs, Windows Security logs
- Basic working knowledge of Active Directory
- Monitoring tools and practices (basics)
Secondary Skills (Process, Tools & Soft Skills)
- Familiarity with ServiceNow platform
- Understanding of ITIL framework
- Knowledge of Incident Management and Change Management processes
- Strong communication and presentation skills
