JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Strong exposure to enterprise security technologies such as Perimeter Security concepts, NGFW, Threat Protection, Proxy services, Tufin, WAF services.
2. Good understanding of Enterprise Security Architecture experience including Infrastructure, Applications, Data and Business domains from a technology and operations perspective.
3. Hands-on skills on Checkpoint, Palo Alto , Prisma SASE
4. Good to have experience on AWS, Azure and Ali Cloud platforms.
5. Experience in Upgrades, Solution designing and implementation of various security products.
6. Demonstrated knowledge of ITIL principles and processes.
7. Demonstrated knowledge of security domains and best practices.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, VISIO and PowerPoint.
9. Strong written and verbal communications skills with the demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with peers and communicate at all levels within the organization.
10. Ability to provide Tier-3 and Tier-4 support and manage complex and escalated tickets in production environment.
11. Leadership skills to deliver quality service in individual role or manage a team of engineers to deliver service as per agreed SLAs.
12. Ability to communicate (both written & oral) clearly with various internal stakeholders and customer
