· Senior Oracle EBS Functional Consultant specializing in the Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle.
- Subject matter expert (SME) to lead Application Management Services (AMS) and Application Development Services (ADS) for our client's Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.x) environment.
- Functional expertise in Oracle Order Management (OM) and Shipping Execution (WSH).
- Responsible for solution design, process leadership, and ensuring the stability and optimization of the entire O2C process.
- You will serve as the primary functional leader for the O2C track, liaising between business users, technical teams, and management to deliver robust and scalable solutions in a complex, highly integrated landscape.
Key Responsibilities: Subject Matter Expertise & Support (AMS):
- Provide expert-level functional support for Oracle Order Management and Shipping Execution modules.
- Lead the resolution of complex production issues related to order entry, pricing, scheduling, holds, pick/pack/ship processes, and shipping document generation.
- Manage and troubleshoot critical O2C functionalities, including order import processes (e.g., from B2B/EDI gateways),
- Available-to-Promise (ATP) calculations, and back-to-back/drop-ship order flows.Act as the highest point of functional escalation for business super-users in customer service and logistics departments.
- Solution Design & Enhancement (ADS):

- Lead business process re-engineering and requirements gathering workshops for the O2C workstream.
- Design and architect comprehensive solutions within OM and WSH, leveraging defaulting rules, processing constraints, workflow customizations, and advanced pricing setups.
- Author and own key project deliverables, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Design Documents (MD.050s), and gap analysis reports.
- Perform and oversee complex configurations across the O2C modules.
- Collaboration & Integration
- Provide functional leadership for integrations between Oracle EBS and other systems, especially leveraging Oracle FMW/SOA Suite for B2B/EDI order processing and shipment notifications.
- Collaborate with technical teams on the design and testing of RICE-W components critical to the O2C cycle, such as custom shipping documents (using BIP), order import interfaces, and workflow alerts.
- Ensure seamless data flow and process integrity between OM/WSH and other modules like Inventory (INV), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fusion SCP (for planning/promising), and Purchasing (PO).
- Provide functional guidance for O2C reports and analytics built in tools like Discoverer and Orbit Analytics.
- Leadership & Mentoring: Mentor junior consultants and client team members, fostering skill development in the O2C domain.

- Lead and coordinate all testing activities for the O2C track, including SIT and UAT, and manage defect resolution.
- Proactively analyze business processes and system performance to recommend improvements that drive efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Required Qualifications & Skills Experience:
- 8-10+ years of dedicated functional experience with the Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.1.x, R12.2.x) Order-to-Cash cycle.
- Core Module Expertise (Must-Have):Order Management (OM):
- Mastery of the complete sales order lifecycle, including different order types, line flows, defaulting rules, processing constraints, holds, and extensive experience with Oracle Workflow for OM.
- Shipping Execution (WSH):
- In-depth knowledge of pick release, move orders, shipping transactions, delivery and trip management, containerization, and shipping document sets.
- Advanced Pricing (QP):
- Expertise in setting up and troubleshooting complex pricing scenarios using price lists, modifiers, qualifiers, and custom pricing formulas.
- Secondary Module Expertise (Highly Desirable): Inventory (INV): Strong understanding of item setup, ATP rules, reservations, and inventory transactions.
- Accounts Receivable (AR): Proficient knowledge of the AutoInvoice import process and its relationship with Order Management.
- Purchasing (PO): Familiarity with Procure-to-Pay processes, especially as they relate to drop-ship and back-to-back sales orders.
- Technical Acumen: High proficiency in writing complex SQL queries against O2C-related tables (e.g., OE_ORDER_HEADERS_ALL, WSH_DELIVERY_DETAILS) for in-depth troubleshooting and data analysis.
- Solid understanding of the O2C technical architecture, key APIs, and interface tables.Basic understanding of Oracle Workflow Builder is a significant plus.

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.Proven ability to lead workshops and drive solution design independently. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Demonstrated experience in a lead role for both support (AMS) and project (ADS) engagements.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) in Order Management or SCM is highly preferred.
