Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Time Off Consultant
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Time Off Consultant with 7–10 years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Time Off solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in configuring leave management processes, absence rules, accruals, workflows, and integrations while collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver scalable HR solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off module.

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to leave management and absence processes.

Configure Time Types, Time Accounts, Time Account Types, Time Profiles, Work Schedules, Holiday Calendars, and Accrual Rules.

Configure leave request workflows, approval processes, business rules, and validations.
-
Design and implement absence counting, eligibility, accruals, carry-forward, forfeiture, and termination rules.

Develop and maintain Business Rules using the SuccessFactors Rules Engine.

Configure and support integrations between SuccessFactors Time Off and Employee Central, Payroll, SAP S/4HANA, SAP HCM, or third-party payroll systems.

Perform impact analysis, system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and production support.

Participate in data migration, configuration validation, and deployment activities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Employee Central, Payroll, Compensation, and Integration consultants.

Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and end-user documentation.

Provide knowledge transfer and mentor junior consultants.

Experience in data migration using Import/Export tools.

Strong understanding of HR business processes and global leave policies.

Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification.

Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking is an added advantage.
