Key Responsibilities:
- Program Leadership & Strategy:
- Define, plan, and execute multi-faceted programs aligned with strategic business objectives.
- Develop comprehensive program plans, including scope, objectives, stakeholder engagement, resource allocation, budget, and timelines.
- Provide strategic oversight and leadership, ensuring all program components are tightly integrated and progressing towards desired outcomes.
- Manage interdependencies across projects and workstreams within the program.
- Project Management (Fujitsu Project Methodology):
- Lead and direct project teams through all phases of the project lifecycle (Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Control, Closure), strictly applying the Fujitsu Project Methodology.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules, proactively addressing critical path items and potential delays.
- Implement robust risk management, issue resolution, and change control processes according to Fujitsu standards.
- Ensure all project documentation, status reports, and artifacts meet required quality and methodology guidelines.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource utilization effectively.
- Transition Management:
- Design and execute comprehensive transition strategies for new services, systems, or processes from project delivery to operational readiness.
- Oversee Knowledge Transfer (KT) planning and execution, ensuring operational teams are fully equipped with necessary documentation, training, and support.
- Establish and manage formal handover processes, ensuring all operational readiness criteria are met before go-live.
- Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and operational support to define service level agreements (SLAs) and operational metrics post-transition.
- Identify and mitigate transition-related risks, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
- Experience working on MPP, OA, SA, Levo, Greenlight, Asana.
- Stakeholder Management & Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact for program and project stakeholders, including senior leadership, business units, technical teams, and external vendors.
- Establish clear communication channels and provide timely, accurate, and comprehensive program status updates.
- Facilitate decision-making and conflict resolution among stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Drive lessons learned sessions post-program/project completion to identify areas for process improvement within the Fujitsu Methodology and overall delivery.
- Promote best practices in project, program, and transition management across the organization.
Required Qualifications:
- 15+ years of progressive experience in Project, Program, and Transition Management roles.
- Proven expertise and in-depth working knowledge of the Fujitsu Project Methodology.
- Minimum 5 years experience specifically in a Program Management role, managing multiple interdependent projects.
- Minimum 5 years experience specifically as a Transition Manager, overseeing the successful handover of complex IT services or systems.
- Exceptional leadership, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex budgets, resource allocation, and timelines.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana) and collaboration tools.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other recognized Project Management certification is highly desirable.
