Oracle OTL Technical Consultant
Support Hours: European Business Hours
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Technical Consultant with hands-on expertise in Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, BI Publisher, and ETL tools like ODI or Informatica.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS, specifically the OTL module.
- Strong knowledge and experience in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, and BI Publisher (BIP).
- Proven expertise in ETL development and support using ODI or Informatica.
- Experience in handling integrations between OTL and Payroll/HRMS modules.
- Familiarity with timecard validations, approval workflows, and setup/configuration aspects.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Must be available to support during Europe business hours.
Good to Have:
- Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) in relevant technologies is a plus.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps tools is advantageous.
