Oracle OTL Technical Consultant
Support Hours: European Business Hours

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Technical Consultant with hands-on expertise in Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, BI Publisher, and ETL tools like ODI or Informatica.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS, specifically the OTL module.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, and BI Publisher (BIP).
  • Proven expertise in ETL development and support using ODI or Informatica.
  • Experience in handling integrations between OTL and Payroll/HRMS modules.
  • Familiarity with timecard validations, approval workflows, and setup/configuration aspects.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Must be available to support during Europe business hours.

Good to Have:

  • Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) in relevant technologies is a plus.
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps tools is advantageous.
