Description
Fujitsu is seeking a full-time, permanent Knowledge Management Specialist to join our team supporting enterprise-scale Knowledge Management (KM) modernization projects. This role focuses on KM expertise, SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, and BPM/KM product knowledge, with limited involvement in development.

Top skills:

2–5 years of experience in Knowledge Management and content lifecycle management.

Proficiency in metadata, taxonomy, and governance.

Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and workflow automation tools.

Understanding of DITA XML and structured documentation practices.

Strong stakeholder engagement and training skills for KM adoption.

Knowledge of compliance, accessibility, and bilingual content requirements.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
Design and implement enterprise content management strategies and workflows.

Manage content lifecycle (creation, review, publishing, archiving) for KM systems.

Develop metadata, taxonomy, and classification strategies for knowledge assets.

Ensure compliance with governance, security, and accessibility standards.

Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize KM processes and user adoption.

Support migration of large document repositories and maintain content quality.

Leverage Microsoft 365 tools for workflow automation and KM integration.

Provide training and guidance on KM best practices and tools.

Mandatory Skills
2–5 years of experience in Knowledge Management and content lifecycle management.

Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and workflow automation tools.

Nice to Have Skills
Experience integrating KM workflows with Copilot and AI frameworks.

Familiarity with BPM tools and workflow automation platforms.

Knowledge of semantic search, knowledge graphs, and AI-assisted content processing.

Experience supporting bilingual (English/French) KM solutions for Canadian federal projects.

Prior work in public sector KM modernization or similar large-scale deployments.
